Your Training Journey

We’ll begin with a free 20-minute consultation (in person at Ezyfit Health Club or via Zoom) to talk through your goals and what you're looking to achieve. After that, we’ll schedule your personal training sessions to begin at a time that works for you. Once you're on board, you’ll also gain access to my app for tracking progress, staying accountable, and getting continuous support as you work towards your goals.

Personal Training & Coaching Options

1-on-1 Personal Training – $50 per 30-minute session
Focused, in-person strength training to improve technique, gym confidence, and consistency.

Personal Training + Lifestyle Coaching – $89 per week (6-week minimum)
The best of both worlds: PT + strength programming, nutrition coaching, habit tracking, and fortnightly check-ins. Full accountability to keep you progressing.

Lifestyle Coaching (Without PT) – $49 per week (6-week minimum)
Coaching, structure, and support without in-person PT. Includes personalised programming, nutrition coaching, habit tracking, and fortnightly check-ins.

Nutrition Only – $29 per week (6-week minimum)
Personalised nutrition guidance with in-app access, habit tracking, and fortnightly check-ins..

Training Only – $29 per week (6-week minimum)
Structured, progressive strength training with in-app access and fortnightly check-ins..

All clients receive access to my coaching app for tracking progress, accountability, and ongoing support between sessions or check-ins.
