Once you have decided to begin, I will email you your Coaching Agreement and your Pre Coaching Questionnaire. The Pre Coaching Questionnaire helps us both gain clarity about what’s going on in your life. This is an opportunity for you to start digging deep and to begin your coaching journey with honesty. It’s amazing the clarity you receive from writing down all that you want to achieve and what’s holding you back.
